The best-care-home awards are announced today and Morton Grange in Derbyshire has been voted the overall winner in England in addition to the regional winner of the Midlands.
The other regional winners were Red Rocks Nursing Home in Merseyside for the North of England, Chatsworth in Devon for the South West and St Vincent on the Isle of Wight for the South East. The best-care-home awards have been sponsored by Equity Care.
The runners up are;
Midlands - Brockfield House Nursing Home, Wellingborough and Lincolnshire House, North Lincolnshire.
North of England - Millfield, Greater Manchester and The Flowers, Bradford.
South West - Jasmine Court Nursing Home, Weston Super Mare and Doveridge Care Home, Devon.
South East - John Maesfield House, Oxfordshire and Dorset Lodge Essex
